Yuu Watase is an excellent manga writer particularly in the gennre of shoujo which is basically like the chick-flick kind of genre. That is not to say that those of the male gender may not read it of course. I know men who love chick-flicks. Personally I think it's a good thing if they do. It doesn't mean they're gay as long as they don't act girlie. >.> That bothers me, but I'm not against gay people.Anyway, I love Yuu Watase's style. Basically it includes romance, comedy, drama, suspense, action, and adventure. That can vary from time to time, but she always includes romance, comedy, and drama. I enjoy her art as well. It's very cute especially when she turns her characters into chibi form. xD If you're looking for a good manga to read, I would definitely look for some of her works. So far, I have enjoyed every one of them that I have read. That's about 6 different titles. Some of her mangas have been made into animes (i.e. Ceres, Fushigi Yuugi).

Regardless of those who think its girly or gay, their just like people like Eric Lee or Mike Zecca who actually believe One Piece is for little kids, even tho some of the women show their tits on more than 1 occasion. and I don't remember the last time someone was electrocuted by 20 million volts ( Eneru electrocuting old man on skypiea in one piece) in Pokemon and dying a horrible, painful death.
OR a captain getting his head chopped off by his First mate/BEST FRIEND because he was under body control from Doflamingo.
I am sure the manga she writes have something to offer for everyone, but its probably more focused around love, more specifically, women's side of the story instead of the more common men's point of view ( the more popular version).
