Mini Party Thursday

Scifi, Anime, Environmental, and a whole other bunch of clubs are having a party Thursday. Unfortunately, no videogames (Which also asks the question of when will the next vg tournament will be) but we should have anime screened that day. I dont know what anime at this point we are going to screen but Im just saying this as a heads up that we will be screening Thursday 12/20.

Ill edit this post later when I know what we are screening. Btw still thinking about the point reward system so keep a watch on that.

On other news, it looks like Duke Nukem Forever is having a teaser trailer! This definitely made a good number of people go o_O considering the history of this game.

The blog seems to be as quiet as a graveyard these days. I cant keep pumping out new content so I really expect some of the posters out there to contribute to the blog. It doesnt have to be ridiculously long. Just make it anime related and your set.

Im considering putting up a point reward system based on blog contributions and blog activity (and maybe extending to club activities inside/outside school). I want your input on this idea so feel free to comment. Im trying to boost up blog activity to help out the club activity from members and I think this might be a way to do it. I will fork up money for anime related merchandises out there for people thinking Ill only give out crap prizes.

Being active in the club doesnt have to feel like a chore. It should be fun and I hope that doing a point reward system might boost activity while members continue to enjoy themselves.

Any other ideas to boost blog activity would be greatly appreciated. Although as I said before in the comments of one of the posts, a forum system would only work if we have a high enough activity rate. That doesnt look like the case right now so I rather add to blog activity before I start out on more complicated things.
